Confirmed by a recent study, only 60% of Australians get around six to seven hours of sleep every single night. This may be due to only 1000 Australians participating which is a relatively small number for a study. 47% of the Australians who were reviewed also stated that they do not have a distinct guide for sleeping every single night.
